We specialize in channel partner sales, investment advisory, and curated residential project offerings. ⸻ Job Responsibilities: • Actively source and close real estate deals (apartments, plots, villas) with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), end-users, and investors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers. • Conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, and legal formalities. • Convert qualified leads into successful closures. • Maintain accurate and updated sales records, follow-up logs, and pipeline reports. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth booking and post-sales processes. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming projects.
