Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Architect with 3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design development and execution of high-quality real estate projects, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, architectural layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial developments. Prepare detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications aligned with project timelines. Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site engineers to ensure seamless execution. Produce high-quality 3D models and presentations using tools like SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape. Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with drawings. Support project documentation, statutory approvals, and liaison with local authorities. Ensure that designs align with ARG Capital’s standards for functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. 3+ years of relevant experience in an architecture or real estate firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office. Hands-on experience in preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations. Familiarity with local building bye-laws, codes, and approval processes in Bangalore. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have: Experience working on commercial or mixed-use projects. Exposure to green building certification processes (IGBC/GRIHA). Pursuing or completed COA registration or architectural licensure.
