Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Design-
Site Visit, Site analysis report & survey work report submission, develop conceptual & detailed architectural drawings, Conceptual 3D work, Preparing Working drawings. Project presentation & data collection.
Technical guidance
: Provide input on building structure, materials & design feasibility.
Project Coordination
with the client, consultants, engineers & project managers.
Letter Documentation:
Preparing inspection report of periodical site visits, preparing under construction & post construction documents, Proper filing of the project & its documents.
Technical skills:
Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, 3DRendering software & other architectural software. Knowing BIM will be an advantage.

Location: Badlapur
Salary: Depends on Interview
