Role Description Architect (5 – 7 Years) Design conceptualization, development, & delivery. Lead and manage design reviews, presentations, and client meetings. Conduct site visits for supervision, quality checks, and adherence to design intent. Design healthcare facilities that align with medical best practices, client requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, NFPA). Develop functional space planning for departments such as OPD, emergency, ICU, labs, operating theatre’s, radiology, etc. Work independently from schematic to Delivery, while having confidence & ability to direct & be directed by others. Prepare architectural drawings, technical documentation, construction details, focused, passionate, motivated & keen to learn. Software skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Adobe Suite. Qualifications B.Arch M.Arch
