Mid Level Architect

Role Overview: As an Architect at IIDC Architects, you will play a key role in contributing to the design and execution of architecture projects across Healthcare, Workspaces, and Institutional Projects. You will work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent. Your passion and motivation to learn will drive you to work independently from Schematic to Delivery, while demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of sustainability practices and principles will be an added advantage in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the design and execution of architecture projects through all stages, from concept development and client presentations to detailed design and on-site coordination. - Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent. - Work independently from Schematic to Delivery. - Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Possess knowledge of sustainability practices and principles. Qualification Required: - B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university.
