Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our Interior team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks on-site, including framing, installing structures and fixtures, measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials. The carpenter will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood, plywood, and drywall. Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as walls, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, and frameworks. Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment. Ensure all work meets safety and building codes and company standards. Collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to coordinate workflow. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Identify and report any structural issues or potential hazards. Perform finish carpentry tasks, including fitting and sanding. Requirements: Proven experience as a carpenter in on-site construction. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Good physical condition and stamina. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of health and safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
