About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Carpenter to join our creative and production team at Lattice Lane and White Tusker. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry, should be well-versed with tools and machines, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and build high-quality wood-based structures and furniture.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and designs.
• Work with a variety of materials including hardwood, plywood, MDF, and more.
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, planers, sanders, nail guns, etc.
• Install fittings like hinges, locks, and handles.
• Ensure accurate measurements and finishing.
• Maintain worksite cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Expertise in traditional and modern carpentry techniques.
• Skilled in operating a wide range of power tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work under deadlines.

Eligibility:

• Immediate Joiners Only
• Prior experience in furniture production or interior woodwork is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore

Pay: ₹11,051.73 - ₹34,189.62 per month
