With a strong reputation for transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction, we offer exceptional investment opportunities and premium residential projects. We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our growth Key Responsibilities 1. Client Acquisition & Lead Management Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, online campaigns, and referrals. Respond to inquiries from potential buyers regarding NA plots, villas, bungalows, and apartment projects. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information. 2. Sales & Presentation Conduct site visits and property tours for clients, clearly explaining project features, pricing, legal details, and payment plans. Present and promote company properties to customers in a professional and convincing manner. Guide clients on investment suitability based on their budget, preferences, and goals. 3. Negotiation & Closing Deals Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment schedules within the approved company guidelines. Follow up with clients regularly and assist in decision-making. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. 4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on market trends, competing projects, real-estate pricing, and customer preferences. Share insights to improve marketing strategies and customer approach. 5. Documentation & Coordination Assist buyers with booking forms, agreements, and other required documentation. Coordinate with the legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth transaction processing. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during and after the sales process. Skills & Qualifications Required Mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in interacting with clients Ability to negotiate effectively Basic understanding of real-estate sales process
