Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by managing lead follow-ups, site visits, and client conversions.
  • Strategize and execute marketing and sales initiatives for residential projects across multiple channels.
  • Build and nurture a strong network of corporate clients, HNIs, and channel partners.
  • Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new project launches.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including price negotiations, legal documentation, and client onboarding.
  • Ensure a seamless post-sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with top management on pricing, vendor inputs, project feedback, and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and distribution partners.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, mortgage options, legal formalities, and investment opportunities.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate with 0 - 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales with a reputed developer or channel partner.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
