Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets by managing lead follow-ups, site visits, and client conversions. Strategize and execute marketing and sales initiatives for residential projects across multiple channels. Build and nurture a strong network of corporate clients, HNIs, and channel partners. Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new project launches. Manage end-to-end sales cycles including price negotiations, legal documentation, and client onboarding. Ensure a seamless post-sales experience with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with top management on pricing, vendor inputs, project feedback, and market trends. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and distribution partners. Advise clients on market conditions, mortgage options, legal formalities, and investment opportunities. Eligibility: Graduate with 0 - 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales with a reputed developer or channel partner. Proven track record in sales. Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills. High levels of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
