Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sr. Manager / Manager Sales (Real Estate – Ayodhya Projects)

1. Sales Target Achievement

Drive end-to-end sales for Ayodhya projects.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Manage lead-to-sale conversion, site visit closures and booking ratios.

2. Lead Management & Client Handling

Handle qualified leads from marketing, portals & channel partners.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, video calls and on-site walkthroughs.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.

3. Site Visit Management

Plan and execute property site visits for outstation and local buyers.

Ensure smooth customer experience at the site with project briefing.

Follow up consistently post-visit to convert prospects.

4. Channel Partner Development

Build and manage channel partner network across Ayodhya, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur and nearby cities.

Conduct CP meets, training and regular engagement to drive bookings.

Monitor channel partner performance and maintain strong relationships.

5. Market Intelligence

Track competitor prices, new launches, buyer trends and policies (Ayodhya tourism impact, new infra, govt projects).

Provide insights to management for pricing and inventory planning.

6. Documentation & Compliance

Coordinate for booking forms, allotment letters, agreement execution and payment schedules.

Ensure complete adherence to RERA and company compliance guidelines.
