Pre-Sales Real Estate | KRA Understand and qualify incoming leads. Call and communicate with clients to identify their budget, location, and project preferences. Suggest suitable projects based on client requirements. Maintain strong follow-up to schedule and confirm site visits. Manage data efficiently using Excel and CRM systems. Coordinate with the Closing Manager post-visit to drive bookings. Demonstrate excellent communication, client handling, negotiation, and sales skills.
