Job Description

Designation: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Kondwa, Pune Experience : Min. 3 Years exp in Real Estate Sales Salary: 25,000-40,000 Joining Status: Immediately The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for selling exclusive properties, engaging with potential buyers, and managing the sales process from inquiry to closing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate professional who is results-driven, client-focused, and passionate about sales to work with a promenient sole Seller Agency in Pune. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads from various sources, including personal network, online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Property Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the properties being sold, including pricing, features, and key selling points. Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service and personalized advice throughout the buying process. Property Showings: Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering any questions from potential buyers. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate with buyers and guide them through the process, from making offers to finalizing the sale. Documentation: Ensure proper documentation is completed accurately for each sale, including contracts, agreements, and relevant paperwork. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors to better advise clients and close deals. Networking: Attend real estate events, open houses, and other networking opportunities to meet potential buyers and expand your client base. Customer Service: Maintain relationships with clients after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and reports to the sales manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred). Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business. Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decisions and secure deals. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Presentation: Ability to confidently present properties to potential buyers and answer detailed inquiries. Customer Service: Focused on providing excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate listing platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). License: Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations). Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads and transactions. Preferred Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local real estate markets and property trends. Existing Network: Established network of potential buyers, investors, and industry contacts. Language Proficiency: Additional language skills (if applicable) can be an advantage. Compensation: Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure Performance incentives and bonuses Travel and mobile allowances (if applicable)
