Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Gurugram, Haryana Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales About the Company “We are a rapidly-growing real estate developer specialising in premium residential projects in the NCR region. Our mission is to deliver quality homes and workspaces with best-in-class customer service.” Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, managing the sales process, and closing deals for our residential/commercial property projects. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new client leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, social media, exhibitions, and other channels. Understand the client’s property requirements (budget, location, configuration, timeline) and recommend suitable projects accordingly. Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients; present the project features, amenities, pricing, financing options, and closing process. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, manage the booking process, hand-over documentation, and ensure timely payment collection. Maintain and update CRM/database with client information, lead status, meetings, site visits, conversions. Stay updated with real-estate market trends, regulatory changes (RERA, local bylaws), competitor offerings and pricing. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, documentation, finance) to ensure flawless customer experience and smooth hand-over. Provide prompt after-sales service: respond to client queries, escalate issues if needed, maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Qualifications & Requirements 12th Pass out in any stream. Proven sales experience in real-estate or a similar B2C sales role (for entry level: 0-2 years. Basic communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional language is a plus. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, be self-driven, target-oriented and resilient under pressure. What We Offer Attractive fixed salary + high commission/ incentives based on performance.
