Role Overview

Sales Executive

This is a results-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is persuasive in communication, and understands the aspirations of modern homebuyers and investors.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Client Engagement:

·        Respond promptly to incoming leads via digital channels, walk-ins, and referrals.

·        Qualify potential buyers by understanding their preferences, budget, and timeline.

·        Build rapport and establish trust with clients, offering property suggestions based on lifestyle and investment goals.

Sales Presentations & Site Visits:

·        Conduct engaging presentations on the project’s USPs, amenities, and layouts.

·        Host clients at the experience center and organize personalized site visits.

·        Facilitate virtual tours and remote selling for outstation or NRI clients.

Sales Closure & Documentation:

·        Manage the negotiation process to align buyer expectations with project offerings.

·        Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for timely paperwork and onboarding.

·        Ensure accurate updates in the CRM system regarding client interactions and deal status.

Market Intelligence & Coordination:

·        Stay up-to-date on pricing, inventory, loan options, competitor projects, and market trends.

·        Support marketing campaigns, customer events, and open houses as part of the larger sales ecosystem


Experience and Skills Required:

•      1–3 years of experience in real estate, luxury retail, insurance, or high-ticket sales.

•      Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

•      Professional grooming and confident presentation.

•      Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field.

•      Strong follow-up skills and a consultative sales mindset.

•      Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and data-driven performance tracking.
