Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and commercial properties. Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing and property value. Generate leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and open houses. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from property search to closing. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Prepare and review real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and disclosures. Maintain current knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and local zoning regulations. Build and maintain a portfolio of client relationships through excellent communication and service. Skills & Qualifications Proven sales or customer service experience (real estate experience preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
