Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our dynamic team. They will beresponsible for guiding and assisting a sales team to drive sales and revenue growth by building andmaintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored real estatesolutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the team to achieve sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead

generation activities.

  • Conduct market research and training sessions for the team to stay updated on industry trends,

property values, and competitor activities.

  • Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors through various

marketing channels, including property tours, open houses, and digital platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert

advice, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of both

parties.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the teams sales activities, client interactions and

transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or any sales industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer

satisfaction
