Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify properties that meet client specifications.
• Assist clients in preparing properties for sale, including staging and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance on property management issues as needed.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and legal regulations.
• Prepare and present property listings through various marketing channels.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using organizational skills.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service; previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the real estate industry.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
• Administrative experience related to real estate transactions is preferred.
