Job Description

As a Sales Manager or Executive in the Real Estate sector at TrueAssets Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., located in Sector 74A, Gurgaon, your role is crucial in contributing to the company's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead a team of sales managers and executives, driving performance and accountability within the team. Building and nurturing relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), investors, and channel partners will be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to final closure, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients. Regular market analysis and competitor mapping will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align business objectives is essential. Your focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and effective relationship management will be paramount. Reporting KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance to senior leadership will be crucial for decision-making processes.
