Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead a team of sales managers and executives; drive performance and accountability.
• Identify and build relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process – from lead generation to final closure.
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor mapping.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams to align business objectives.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Report KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7-15 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage high-ticket property deals independently.
• Deep understanding of the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
