HR Internship

As a Human Resources Intern at TrueAsset Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., located in Sector 74A, Gurugram, you will be part of our on-site Human Resources team. This internship, spanning a duration of 23 months, offers a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee engagement within the real estate sector. Your responsibilities will include assisting in day-to-day HR functions, supporting recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic screenings, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will play a role in handling employee documentation, onboarding procedures, and joining formalities. Keeping up-to-date employee records, contributing to HR events, engagement initiatives, and internal communications will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in drafting job descriptions, internship postings, conducting basic research, and aiding in compliance and HR reporting tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Comfort with working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and the ability to commit to a minimum of 5 days a week, 68 hours daily at our Gurugram office in Sector 74A are required.
