Real Estate Sales Agent

As a Sourcing and Closing Manager, your role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. This includes conducting site visits and property showings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare and review documents such as sale agreements, lease agreements, and closing statements, negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers, maintain CRM records, and follow up regularly with potential clients to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
