Role Summary You will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring high-quality client interactions, timely site visits, and accurate CRM updates. The ideal candidate brings prior real estate experience, strong communication, and familiarity with the Noida market. Key Responsibilities ● Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present suitable property options. ● Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers. ● Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM. ● Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism. ● Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, payments, and legal formalities. ● Stay updated on property projects and market trends. Requirements ● 1-3 years experience in real estate ● Strong communication in English and Hindi ● Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel ● Experience in Noida market is preferred.
