About the Role As our Real Estate Investment Analyst , you will play a central role in evaluating land parcels, conducting market and financial analysis, and supporting the end-to-end investment and acquisition process. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team on strategic decisions, feasibility studies, and identifying new opportunities across South India. This role is ideal for candidates coming from JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield , or similar real-estate consulting environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Modelling & Feasibility Build detailed Excel models including IRR, NPV, cash flow, and sensitivity analyses Evaluate land and development opportunities across various asset classes Assess investment returns, risks, timelines, and overall project viability 2. Market Research & Insights Conduct primary & secondary research on: Land pricing and transactions Market supply/demand trends Zoning, FAR, and regulatory frameworks Upcoming infrastructure & development corridors Track competitive projects and create benchmarking studies 3. Land Analysis & Due Diligence Support Analyse inbound land leads for suitability, pricing, and feasibility Support due diligence with research, valuation inputs, and risk checks Coordinate with legal, technical, and government consultants when required 4. Strategy, Reporting & Presentations Prepare investment notes, summaries, and strategic briefs Create structured presentations for internal and external stakeholders Maintain internal trackers & databases for land, projects, and market data 5.
