Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Project Manager to serve as a vital link between our company and onsite contractors. This role involves managing project progress, coordinating between internal teams and site personnel, and ensuring smooth execution of all real estate development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and onsite contractors.
• Supervise and manage the site supervisor to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and report regularly on work developments.
• Ensure that all on-site activities align with the project plan and company standards.
• Maintain effective communication between internal teams and field teams.
• Resolve issues and delays by coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and suggest operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
• Proven experience in operational or real estate project roles (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in spoken English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Kolkata and manage field operations efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of real estate regulations and project management best practices.
• Familiarity with construction workflows and contractor coordination.

Salary Structure: 15k to 20k based only Experience.
