Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. Tasks include conducting market research, organizing property viewings, negotiating property deals, providing client consultations, and preparing necessary documentation for transactions. The consultant will also stay updated with market trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Real Estate and Real Property skills
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training and coaching clients or team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
