Role Description

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with company goals and project timelines.
• Plan and manage lead generation campaigns using SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and offline events.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on marketing spends.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

2-3 years of experience in real estate or property marketing 

Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a result-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM software and real estate platforms is a plus
• Exposure to premium real estate projects
