Real Estate Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Gruham Developers Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing organizational sales by developing a business plan encompassing sales, revenue, and expense controls. You will be responsible for meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, coordinating with marketing on lead generation and ensuring the ongoing training and development of your salespeople. Motivating, counselling, and educating your sales team on product knowledge will be crucial, along with promoting the organization and its products. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate or MBA specialized in Marketing. A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred, with real estate experience considered an advantage.
