Position Overview:

proactive Real Estate Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Target housing societies

  to identify potential redevelopment opportunities.

• Arrange and coordinate meetings

  with society members, developers, and decision-makers.

• Generate leads

  and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Collaborate and manage

  Channel Partners (CPs)

  to source new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth

  client communication and coordination

  with internal teams.
• Track and report on

  leads generated, meetings conducted, and CP performance

  .
• Support marketing campaigns and events to promote projects to societies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• 1–3 years of experience in

  real estate marketing, sales, or client acquisition

  (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  .
• Experience in

  lead generation and channel partner management

  is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with

  field work in societies

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office and CRM tools

  is preferred.
