Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager (Team Leader), located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with clients, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of the current market conditions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering proposals, meeting with clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align business goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in market research, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in team leading, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
