Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management tasks, manage lease administration, and handle property leasing processes. Responsibilities include evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth operations aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management, including overseeing operations and facilities
• Experience with Lease Administration and managing lease agreements
• Knowledge of Leases and the leasing process
• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in real estate consultancy or related industries is a plus
