Job Description

Identify and evaluate potential locations for new dark stores in line with business objectives. Conduct site visits and prepare detailed assessment reports for management approval. Lead lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure cost-effective, high-quality properties. Oversee site handovers and ensure timely store openings as per project timelines. Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain up-to-date records of leased properties, agreements, and renewal timelines. Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers. Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters within the region. Provide regular updates on site pipeline, negotiations, and project progress to senior management.
