Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Manager. The role involves overseeing property management, coordinating lease administration, managing real estate transactions, handling commercial real estate properties, and ensuring smooth lease agreements. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating with stakeholders, and aligning services to meet client objectives. The role requires a proactive approach, market knowledge, and a focus on delivering exceptional services to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate sectors
• Proficiency in drafting and managing Leases with attention to detail
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple real estate projects
• Prior experience in real estate brokerage or development is an asset
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
