Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, negotiate and administer leases, and manage commercial and residential real estate portfolios. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal property performance, addressing tenant needs, coordinating regular property inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and experience managing day-to-day property operations
• Knowledge and expertise in Lease Administration and the negotiation of leases
• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate practices and regulations
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and time management
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
