Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, market research, client consultations, negotiations, and managing transactions. The consultant will also maintain a strong network of contacts, provide expert advice on real estate market trends, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Real Estate and Real Property skills
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the local Noida market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
