Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and presentable individuals to be stationed at our project site receptions. As the first point of contact for visitors and potential customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming brand impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors at the reception area.
• Provide basic project information and direct queries to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
• Ensure the reception area is presentable and aligned with brand standards.
  

Candidate Profile

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and approachable.
• Comfortable working at project site locations (Selene/Madhuban).
  

Note:

Training will be provided to ensure a clear understanding of the project and brand guidelines.

Experience Required

• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (sales, hospitality, front desk, etc.) preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and brand-representative appearance.
• Comfortable working at project locations and on weekends, if required
