Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven real estate consultant (male/female) who will be responsible for generating new leads, converting customers, and achieving targets. This role involves developing strong client relationships and understanding customer needs to enhance revenue growth.

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Meet sales targets to achieve attractive incentives.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties and services.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profits.
• Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions.
