As a real estate sales & marketing coordinator, your role will involve generating new leads, converting customers, and achieving sales targets. You will develop strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable properties and services to enhance revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Meeting sales targets to achieve attractive incentives. - Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Negotiating and closing deals with clients to maximize profits. - Keeping records of sales activities and customer interactions.
