Inventory Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Own

  end-to-end inventory management

  for all projects (primary, resale & leasing)
• Maintain

  real-time unit availability

  , pricing, PLC, payment plans & offers
• Coordinate with

  Sales, CRM, Site, Accounts & Channel Partners

• Track

  bookings, holds, cancellations, replacements & closures

• Approve and control

  unit blocking & releases

• Prepare

  daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports

  for leadership
• Ensure inventory accuracy across

  CRM, ERP & property portals

• Manage

  price revisions, scheme launches & special offers

• Support sales with

  quick availability confirmations & pricing sheets

• Audit inventory periodically to avoid duplication or conflicts
• Assist management in

  stock optimization & sell-out strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in

  real estate inventory management

• Strong understanding of the

  Gurgaon / Dwarka Expressway market

• Expertise in

  Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Knowledge of

  PLC, floor rise, payment plans, offers & discounts

• close attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to handle

  high-pressure sales environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  luxury residential projects

• Hands-on knowledge of

  99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, Square Yards

• Exposure to

  channel partner inventory management

• Basic understanding of

  RERA compliance
