We specialize in premium property transactions including sales, leasing, investments, and land advisory for high-net-worth clients. As we expand our footprint in the luxury segment, we are seeking passionate and driven Real Estate Consultants to join our high-performing team. Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Facing: Actively source and manage a pipeline of HNI clients for luxury real estate. Conduct client onboarding and relationship management with professionalism and discretion. Provide curated property tours, market insights, and expert consultations to buyers, sellers, and tenants. Represent the company during site visits, client meetings, and deal closures. Sales & Closures: Conduct regular site visits and coordinate the entire transaction lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Close leads effectively through personalized follow-ups and client engagement. Negotiate and finalize transactions in collaboration with legal and finance teams. Ensure timely documentation and seamless client handovers post-deal. Lead Generation & Operations: Generate new leads via online platforms, real estate portals, referrals, and outbound outreach. Leverage property lead portals and CRM tools to track and nurture leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive digital campaigns and brand visibility. Market Engagement: Conduct Channel Partner (CP) visits and build strategic alliances for inventory access and collaboration. Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing benchmarks, new project launches, and regulatory developments. Maintain a working knowledge of RERA guidelines and compliance requirements in all dealings. Desired Candidate ProfileStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Obsessed with real estate and deeply interested in market dynamics and client satisfaction. Proactive, organized, and self-driven with a growth mindset. Capable of managing multiple clients, site visits, and deal flows independently. Prior experience in real estate or a sales-oriented role is preferred but not mandatory.
