Role Description

This full-time on-site position is for a Real Estate Agent located in Kolkata. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing customer service, and handling real property transactions. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, market analysis, sales negotiations, and ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Real Estate License
• Customer Service and Real Property skills
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
