Real Estate Agent – Industrial Projects (Full-time, On-site)

We are hiring Real Estate Agents with real-world experience in industrial real estate.

1 to 2 industrial leasing or development projects

This is a field-intensive role best suited for someone who understands local industrial zones and can build relationships that convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits and Client Handling: Show industrial plots or sheds to potential clients and coordinate visits
• Deal Closure Support: Assist in negotiations, documentation, and execution of agreements
• Legal and Compliance: Understand relevant permissions, government compliances, and documentation requirements
• Networking: Build a broker and client network in industrial zones
• Market Awareness: Keep track of new listings, pricing trends, and regional developments

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 to 2 projects in industrial real estate (mandatory)
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in Gujarati and working knowledge of English
• Initiative: Self-driven and proactive in managing leads and closing deals
• On-ground Comfort: Willingness to travel frequently within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas
• Location Preference: Candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby areas preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Location: On-site (Bagodara, near Ahmedabad)
• Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, all weekdays with alternate Sundays off
• Travel Allowance: Provided
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance
