Candidates having experience as a real estate agent/property scout/property surveyor in SOUTH DELHI AND NOIDA need to apply only. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Ten (10) Property Agents/Property Scouts/Property Surveyors to support our real estate operations in South Delhi and Noida . The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying Residential and Commercial Properties , collecting accurate information, maintaining property records, and coordinating client visits. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and locate potential residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. · Gather and verify information about properties, including ownership, size, pricing, and amenities etc. · Take clear, high-quality photographs of each property for marketing and listing purposes. · Coordinate and arrange site visits for potential clients and ensure timely follow-ups. · Work closely with internal teams and senior agents to ensure property listings are up-to-date. · Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during client interactions. Requirements: · Prior experience in real estate, property scouting/property surveys is mandatory. · Ability to travel locally and work independently. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a necessary. · Proficiency with smartphones, and digital photography is necessary. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. · Own vehicle is mandatory.
