Role Overview
As a React/Node.js Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create robust front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring seamless functionality, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js
• Build scalable server-side applications and APIs with Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless functionality
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL for data management
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Optimise application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay updated with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern UI libraries
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js/Express.js
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimisation
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to write unit tests and perform debugging using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimisation
• Exposure to containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
