ReactJS Developer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced React.js Developer to join our team. The React.js Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. The candidate should be familiar with modern web development standards and should be eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing User Interfaces:
• Design and implement user interface components using React.js concepts and best practices.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• State Management:
• Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar libraries.
• Manage application state, data flow, and interactions between components.
• Debug and resolve issues related to state management and data flow.
• Integration with Back-End Services:
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to design and implement APIs for seamless integration.
• Ensure responsiveness and efficiency of API requests.
• Code Quality and Testing:
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Perform unit and integration testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure application stability.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Communicate technical concepts and ideas effectively with team members.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a React.js Developer or similar front-end development role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or SASS will be preferred.
• Familiarity with MERN stack will be a plus point.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 9:45am to 6:45pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
