We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to drive top-of-funnel growth across our platforms—App, dWeb, and mWeb. Your mandate: Grow the number of monthly new users through a mix of paid, organic, and lifecycle initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Tech, and Analytics while owning a lean, high-impact growth team. Responsibilities: Drive the full acquisition-to-activation funnel across platforms (App, Web, MWeb). Run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms; manage ROAS and CAC. Scale organic channels—SEO, content marketing, referral loops, and community engagement. Own and optimise Play Store & App Store listings Collaborate across teams to build high-utility organic content (train tips, IRCTC hacks, etc.). Lead brand visibility and positioning efforts to build recall, especially in Tier 2/3 cities. Design and run lifecycle journeys (push, WhatsApp, email) via CleverTap to drive repeat usage. Monitor funnel metrics using GA4, BigQuery, Metabase; maintain weekly dashboards. Lead and mentor a small pod: SEO, Paid Marketing, CRM. Run continuous A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaigns. Required Skills: 4+ Years of experience in a Managerial/leadership role. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization. Strong grasp of SEO/ASO and Play Store listing best practices. Lifecycle automation experience. Structured thinker with a bias for action, analytical mindset, and team leadership skills.
