Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive at our company, your role will involve identifying customer concerns and providing timely support for their queries. You will be required to be proficient in our products and services, effectively communicating with customers to address their issues promptly. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to queries from customers and offering timely support as needed - Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner - Collecting customer feedback and upselling our services whenever possible - Logging all communications accurately and in a timely manner - Meeting individual sales targets consistently - Being flexible to work on rotational shifts In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory, while knowledge of any other language would be considered an added advantage. As part of the job requirements, you should have a minimum educational qualification of Secondary (10th Pass).
