Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development:

• Develop and maintain mobile apps using React Native, ensuring seamless functionality on iOS and Android.
• Utilize your Flutter or Android (Java/Kotlin) expertise to contribute to cross-platform and native app projects.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  

Architecture & Design

• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
• Implement state management solutions like Redux or MobX.
  

API Integration

• Integrate third-party APIs and collaborate with backend teams to design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Ensure smooth data synchronization and functionality across platforms.
  

Performance Optimization

• Optimize app performance for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitor, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  

Code Quality & Testing

• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
  

Team Collaboration

• Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams to contribute to sprint goals and retrospectives.
• Share insights and mentor peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of mobile application development experience, with a focus on React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Flutter or hands-on experience with Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and cross-platform frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and VS Code.
• Proficient in consuming RESTful APIs and understanding GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or Appium.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Knowledge of Firebase tools (e.g., Analytics, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics).
• Familiarity with mobile security practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
