Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Job Summary:

You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable mobile solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and compliance with data privacy standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native with native module integration when required.
Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
Optimize app performance, reduce memory footprint, and ensure smooth user experience across diverse devices and network conditions.
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and enterprise backend systems.
Debug and resolve complex issues in production environments; ensure zero critical bugs in release cycles.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest React Native features, native SDKs, and mobile development trends.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, especially in regulated domains like FinTech and HR.
Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, deliver on time, and maintain high-quality standards across sprints.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on React Native.
Expert-level proficiency in React Native, including performance tuning, debugging, and integration with native modules.
Proven experience in native Android development using Kotlin and Android SDK.
Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift and Xcode.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, Redux).
Experience with state management (Redux, Context API), navigation (React Navigation), and third-party libraries.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with mobile security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR).
Must be based in Hyderabad and available for on-site collaboration as needed.
