Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

React Native Developer

for a 6-month contract to design, build, and optimize high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in

React Native

, along with exposure to

React.js

for maintaining shared web components. The role focuses on delivering scalable, responsive, and secure mobile solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver new features.
Integrate mobile apps with backend services, APIs, and third-party libraries.
Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and overall user experience.
Contribute to shared front-end components using React.js for cross-platform consistency.
Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune applications for performance and usability.
Follow best practices for coding, testing, version control, and deployment.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
Research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve development efficiency.
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6–10 years of total software development experience, including 4+ years in mobile app development.
Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Good understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
Hands-on experience with React.js, along with HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling JSON data.
Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
